Quincke sign
Quincke sign is a medical sign seen in aortic regurgitation.[1] It is seen as a pulsation at the nail bed when the nail tip is lightly pressed.[1] It may also be seen on the lips, hand or face and may be more easily seen in the nail when a light is shone through the finger tip.[2]
It is named for Heinrich Quincke.[1]
