ضأن بري

الضأن البري أو الضأن البري الأحمر[1] (الاسم العلمي Ovis orientalis)[2]، هي مجموعة فرعية من الأغنام البرية. يمكن تقسيمها إلى مجموعتان ( مجموعة orientalis) و (مجموعة vignei).[2] يعتقد أن الضأن البري هو السلف لجميع سلالات الأغنام المحلية الحديثة.[3][4]
