1999–2000 Southeastern Conference women's basketball season

The 1999–2000 SEC women's basketball season began with practices in October 1999, followed by the start of the 1999–2000 NCAA Division I women's basketball season in November. Conference play started in early January 2000 and concluded in March, followed by the 2000 SEC women's basketball tournament at the McKenzie Arena in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
