2023–24 Maryland Terrapins men's basketball team
The 2023–24 Maryland Terrapins men's basketball team will represent the University of Maryland, College Park in the 2023–24 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. Previous season
The Terrapins finished the 2022–23 season 22–13, 11–9 in Big Ten play to finish in a three-way tie for fifth place. As the No. 6 seed in the Big Ten tournament, they defeated Minnesota in the second round before losing to Indiana in the quarterfinals. They received an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament as the No. 8 seed in the South region. There they defeated West Virginia in the first round before losing to overall No. 1 see Alabama in the second round.
