2023–24 National Premier League
The 2023–24 Jamaica Premier League is the 50th season of the top-tier football league in Jamaica. The season will begin on October 22, 2023, and is scheduled to conclude on May 19, 2024.[1] 14 teams will be competing in the league, with Mount Pleasant F.A. being the defending champions.[2] The Wray and Nephew Group will replace Digicel as the new title sponsor of the 2023–24 Jamaican Premier League.[3]

Teams
Fourteen teams will be competing in the league — the top twelve teams from the previous season and two promoted teams from the second division conferedation super league playoffs. The two newly promoted teams, Lime Hall and Treasure Beach, will both be making their debut in the Jamaica Premier League. They will be replacing Faulkland and Chapelton Maroons, both of whom were making their debut in the league. They finished 13th and 14th, respectively, at the conclusion of the 2022–23 season and were relegated to their respective regional super leagues.[4]

Format
The format for the 2023–24 Jamaica Premier League consists of the regular season with a round-robin format with each team playing every other team at home and away. The 14 teams will compete in 26 matches during the regular season. The top 6 teams will advance to the playoffs after which the champions will be crown.[5]
