2023 Liga 3 East Nusa Tenggara
2023 Liga 3 East Nusa Tenggara (also known as 2023 El Tari Memorial Cup) is the fifth season of the Liga 3 Provincial Zone East Nusa Tenggara competition which will take place on 10 August–2 September 2023 in Rote Ndao Regency to qualify in the Liga 3 National Round season 2023–2024.

Followed by 27 clubs. The winner of this competition will advance to the National Round without the Regional Round Nusa Tenggara Islands representing East Nusa Tenggara province for promotion to Liga 2.[3]
Perse Ende is the defending champion after winning it in the 2022 season.
