2029 ICC Champions Trophy

The 2029 ICC Champions Trophy will be the tenth edition of the ICC Champions Trophy, a cricket tournament for the eight top-ranked One Day International (ODI) men's national teams organized by the International Cricket Council (ICC) teams in the world. It will be held at India in October 2029.[1]

Host selection

India was announced as the host of the ICC Champions Trophy on November 16 2021, during the 2021 ICC Men's T20 World Cup.[2]

Qualification

As hosts, India qualified for the competition automatically; they will be joined by the seven other highest-ranked teams in the ICC ODI Championship preceding the tournament.[3]
