The film, which opened January 26, 2023, had a successful opening weekend and ran for more than 60 days in Malaysian theatres. It is thought to have enjoyed the highest opening weekend in Malaysia for an Indian language film since the COVID-19 pandemic.[3] The film received positive reviews from the audience.[4] The film is also streaming on Netflix.
