Albert Philipsen

Albert Withen Philipsen (born 3 September 2006) is a Danish cyclist, who competes in road racing, cyclo-cross and mountain biking.[1] In 2023, he won the junior world road race and cross-country championships.[2] This made him the youngest rider ever to win the junior world road race title.[3]
