Alexei Sivakov
Alexei Viktorovich Sivakov (Russian: Алексей Викторович Сиваков) (born 7 January 1972 in Moscow) is a former Russian cyclist.[1] He is the father of fellow cyclist Pavel Sivakov.[2]
