Alyssa D'Incà

Alyssa D'Incà (born 23 March 2002) is an Italian rugby union player. She plays Centre for Villorba,[1] and for the Italy women's national rugby union team.[2]

Career

She trained in rugby in Alpago,[3] but also dedicated to cross country running.[4] She moved to the women's team of Villorba in 2018.

Capable of playing both scrum-half and three-quarter center, she stood out for the national team, despite the interruption of women's sports due to the COVID-19 pandemic.[5]

Her national debut took place during the 2021 Women's Six Nations Championship against England. She was called up to the European World Qualifying tournament in Parma, and the 2022 Women's Six Nations Championship.[6] In 2022, she competed at the Italian championship final with Villorba, but lost against Valsugana.

At the 2023 Women's Six Nations Championship, she started against France.[7][8][9]
