Ambisexual may mean:

  • Bisexuality, having no particular preference for the gender of a sexual partner
  • having no fixed biological gender, as with the Gethenians in Ursula Le Guin's 1969 novel The Left Hand of Darkness
  • a person who is sexually attracted to non-operative trans people, as defined in James Watson's 2019 book Ambisexuality: The Anatomy of Transerotic Desire
