Ancistrus macrophthalmus

Ancistrus macrophthalmus[1][2] is a species of catfish in the family Loricariidae. It is native to South America, specifically found in the Orinoco River and its lower tributaries in Venezuela. The species reaches 7.9 cm (3.1 inches) SL.[3] It is occasionally seen in the aquarium trade, where it is one of multiple species sometimes referred to as "medusa plecos".[4][5]
