Atrak Rural District (Persian: دهستان اترك) is in Maneh District of Maneh and Samalqan County, North Khorasan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 17,067 in 4,173 households.[3] There were 15,431 inhabitants in 4,326 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 14,463 in 4,366 households. The largest of its 48 villages was Mohammadabad, with 2,267 people.[2]
