Ayla Oasis

Ayla Oasis is a $1.4 billion real estate development project in Aqaba, Jordan. The development aims to create a "luxurious waterfront community" on the shores of the Red Sea. The project covers an area of approximately 17 square kilometers and has a variety of residential, commercial, and leisure facilities.[1]

The development of Ayla Oasis is centered around a marina and a golf course. It features several residential building types, including villas, hotels, and apartments. The architecture and design of the development incorporate elements of both modern and traditional Greek styles.[2]

Attractions

Ayla Oasis offers a wide range of amenities and services. These include retail outlets, restaurants, cafes, bars, recreational facilities, super market, pharmacy, and a variety of leisure and entertainment options. The project aims to create a "self-contained community that provides its residents with a high quality of life".

Marina

One of the key attractions of Ayla Oasis is its marina, which offers berthing facilities for yachts and boats of various sizes. The marina "aims to serve as a gateway for leisure and recreational activities in the area, attracting boating enthusiasts and visitors alike".[3]

Golf course

Ayla's golf course was designed by Greg Norman. The 18-hole course overlooks the Red Sea and surrounding mountains. The golf club provides facilities, including a clubhouse, pro shop, and restaurant. Additionally, a golf academy offers coaching and training programs.[4]
