Reception
Jeevi of Idlebrain.com wrote that "Only saving grace of this film is the performance of Krishna and Prema. You can safely avoid watching 'Ayodhya'".[3] A critic from Indiaglitz wrote that "Let's get this straight: The only thing interesting about this mighty bore is the title Ayodhya. It has resonance, history, intrigue, drama ---- something which the film does not even get near to".[4] A critic from Full Hyderabad wrote that "The movie looks like a TV serial on Gemini".[5]
