Bánh trôi
Bánh trôi or bánh trôi nước, is a Vietnamese dessert made from glutinous rice flour or regular rice, rock sugar, grapefruit juice, grated coconut, and peeled sesame.[1] This dish is often served during the Tết Hàn Thực.[2]

Traditions
According to Vietnamese tradition, on the Tết Hàn Thực, families often do not cook on fire but make bánh trôi and bánh chay to offer to their ancestors.[3][4]
