Bar Italia (band)

Bar Italia, is a London-based band composed of Nina Cristante, Sam Fenton and Jezmi Fehmi.[1]

From 2020 onwards the band released multiple albums, EPs and singles through World Music, the record label run by London musician Dean Blunt.[2]

In March 2023 it was announced they had signed with Matador Records.[3] The album Tracey Denim was released in May 2023, with second album The Twits announced for a November 2023 release, supported by European and North American live tour dates.[4]

They have been noted as a "new act to watch" by The Face magazine and the #1 "rising star to look out for in 2023" by The Times.[1][5] As well their 2022 EP CDR was placed at #1 on Gorilla vs. Bear's list of the best EPs of 2022, and their track "Miracle Crush" was placed at #13 on Crack's list of the 25 best songs of 2022.[6][7]
