Begonia palmata

Begonia palmata is a species of plant in the genus Begonia of the family Begoniaceae. It is a small herb of height 20โ€“90 cm tall. It is found in moist places, next to streams or under the shade. It is found in many parts of Asia, including eastern Himalayas.[2]

Northeast India, Fujian, Guangdong etc. (check the reference for complete list) [2] up to elevation of 100โ€“3200 meters[2][3]
