Bennani

Bennani is one of the prominent Moroccan families of the old medina of Fez, it is considered, alongside other ancient families of Fez, as the elite of Morocco.

Bennani means "my son" in Hebrew, from בן (ben) meaning "son" and אני (ani) meaning "I, me". This is a Moroccan family of Jewish origin who converted to Islam.
