Borys Babin
Borys Volodymyrovyh Babin (Ukrainian: Бабін Борис Володимирович; born 12 March 1981, in Yevpatoria, Ukrainian SSR) is a Ukrainian politician. Expert ad hoc OSCE, Council of Europe and Minority Rights Group International. Doctor of Laws. Professor.[1]

In 2017 he was appointed as the Presidential representative of Ukraine in Crimea that was 2014 that transferred to Kherson due to the annexation of Crimea by the Russian Federation.[2][3]
