Chabora

Chabora (Ancient Greek: Χαβώρα) was an ancient town on the Euphrates, near Nicephorion, that probably derives its name from the Chaboras river.[1] Theophylact Simocatta mentions Ἀβορέων φρούριον, which is, according to William Smith, the same place.[2]
