Charlie Stramel
Charlie Stramel (born October 15, 2004) is an American collegiate ice hockey center for the University of Wisconsin of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). He was drafted 21st overall by the Minnesota Wild in the 2023 NHL Entry Draft.

Playing career
Stramel played college ice hockey for the Wisconsin Badgers during the 2022–23 season, where he recorded five goals and seven assists in 33 games.[1][2] His nickname is "Dolphin" because in his own words he is a "good communicator, has respect amongst it's other animals in the sea".[3]

Stramel represented the United States at the 2020 Winter Youth Olympics where he recorded two goals in four games and won a silver medal.[4]
Stramel represented the United States at the 2022 IIHF World U18 Championships, where he recorded two goals and three assists in six games and won a silver medal.[5]
On December 12, 2022, Stramel was named to the United States men's national junior ice hockey team to compete at the 2023 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships. During the tournament, he recorded three assists in seven games and won a bronze medal.[6]
