Early life and high school

Mahogany grew up in Elmwood Park, New Jersey and attended Paramus Catholic High School.[1] He was rated a three-star recruit and committed to play college football at Boston College.[2]

College career

Mahogany redshirted his true freshman season at Boston College.[3] He was named the Eagles' starting left guard entering his redshirt freshman season and started all 11 of the team's games.[4] Mahogany started 11 games and was named second-team All-Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) as a redshirt sophomore.[5] Mahogany missed his redshirt junior season after he suffered a torn ACL while playing basketball during the offseason.[6]
