Clinidium apertum

Clinidium apertum is a species of ground beetle in the subfamily Rhysodinae.[1] It was described by Edmund Reitter in 1880.[2][1] It is endemic to the eastern United States.[2]

Clinidium apertum measure 5.5โ€“7 mm (0.22โ€“0.28 in) in length.[2]
