Cryptocephalus downiei
Cryptocephalus downiei, or Downie's spotted leaf beetle, is a species of case-bearing leaf beetle in the family Chrysomelidae.[1][2][3][4] It is found in North America.[1][5] The specific epithet downiei honors American psychologist and coleopterist Norville Downie.[4][6]
