Daniele Franceschini

Daniele Franceschini (born 13 January 1976) is an Italian football manager and former midfielder, who played as a left winger.

Club career

In mid-2006, Franceschini joined another Serie A club Sampdoria.[1][2] After 4 seasons in Genoa city, Franceschini moved to Atletico Roma in mid-2010.[3]

Managerial career

In February 2016, Franceschini was appointed as the head coach (Italian: allenatore) of Lega Pro struggler Martina Franca.[4]

In mid-2017, Franceschini was appointed as the coach (Italian: c.t. or Italian: tecnico, lit.'technician') of Italy national under-18 team. His debut match was a draw.[5] His team won the next match.[6][7]

Franceschini led the team in 2018 Mediterranean Games.[8] The team won the silver medal.
