David Weil (showrunner)
David Weil (born 1989/1990)[1] is an American television writer, producer, director and showrunner.[2][3][4] He is known for creating the Amazon Prime Video television series Hunters (2020–2023).[5][6][7][8] He is also known for creating the Amazon anthology miniseries Solos (2021).[9][10][11][12] He also co-created the series Invasion (2021–present) with Simon Kinberg for Apple TV+.[13]

Weil grew up in Great Neck, New York.[14] He is Jewish.[15] He is also the grandson of Holocaust survivors.[16]
