Epididymal cyst
An epididymal cyst is a cyst of the epididymis containing serous fluid. They are difficult to differentiate from a spermatocele except by aspiration, since a spermatocele contains milky-appearing sperm.[1]

Diagnostic method | By clinical examination it appears as a mass which resembles a bunch of grapes. It may also be detected using a transillumination test, where a mass will appear as the 'Chinese Lantern' pattern. |
Treatment | Surgical excision can be performed but it is not preferred in young adults as it can cause infertility as well as psychological effects on the patient. |
