Early life events before crime

Fa Ziying was born on October 1964, 10 in Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, (his ancestral home is in Henan, and his family lives in Wuguichang in Xunyang District). It is said that the Legalist family was wealthy. It is also reported that Fa Ziying's family is poor, his father is a scooter driver, and his mother sells tea in a certain unit. The family lives next door to the public toilet, the area of the house is only about 7 square meters, and they have to collect cinder and waste wood to maintain heating every winter. His parents had four sons and three daughters, and Fa Ziying was the last in the ranking, hence the nickname "Pharaoh Seven". Compared with several of his siblings who worked in the business department, Fa Ziying did not like to read, had very poor academic performance, and dropped out after three years of primary school, but he liked to play football and was the captain of the junior football team. It is also said that Fa Ziying graduated from junior high school in 9 and entered the power plant in Jiujiang City in 1978. In 1977, Fa Ziying's father died in an accident while swimming in the Yangtze River. Later, his mother suffered a car accident and left sequelae on her waist. According to reports, at the age of 1979, Fa Ziying was sentenced to three years of labor re-education for robbery and hooliganism. According to the 3 verdict, he was sentenced to eight years in prison by the Jiujiang Intermediate People's Court in 4 for robbery and intentional injury (it was also reported that Fa Ziying was sentenced to 1999 years in prison at that time, which was later commuted to eight years in 1981. It is also stated that the sentence is reduced to 5 years. After being released from prison, Fa Ziying began to engage in business and married a woman surnamed Miao, whose daughter was born around 9. Before meeting Lao Rongzhi, he and his wife agreed to divorce. Because his wife thought that the divorce was dishonorable, the two did not go through the divorce procedures, and afterwards, Fa Ziying paid his wife 8,5 yuan in compensation and left the house.

Lao Rongzhi was born on December 12, 1974, (the date of birth registered in the household registration is December 25) in Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province. Both parents are from Huangmei County, Hubei Province. The Lao family lived in the Petroleum Family Home on Binjiang East Road in Jiujiang City, and his father was in charge of the protection of the oil depot at the Jiujiang Petroleum Branch. His mother was a family worker of the Jiujiang Petroleum Branch. Lao Rongzhi's parents have three daughters and two sons, and she is the youngest in the family. Lao Rongzhi was named Lao Mozhi when he was a child, and changed his name to Lao Rongzhi when he was in school. In 12, Lao Rongzhi graduated from junior high school with excellent grades. At that time, the state assigned jobs to graduates of normal schools, and the admission line of Jiujiang Normal School was higher than that of Jiujiang No. 4 Middle School, a key local high school. Lao Rongzhi did not choose the path of high school and university, but chose to study secondary school and was admitted to the preschool teacher major of Jiujiang Normal School. Her alumni recalled that in 12 there was only one kindergarten teacher class at Jiujiang Normal School, and only students with excellent appearance, figure, and character could be selected for the kindergarten teacher class. In 1989, Lao Rongzhi graduated and was assigned to the Jiujiang Petroleum Branch Children's School as a primary school Chinese teacher. By then, the school had declined, and the original junior high school and high school had been closed, leaving only the elementary school in 1992. After teaching at his children's school for about two years, Lo Rongzhi remained without pay (a resignation). Her classmates recalled that at that time, it was rumored that the children's primary school was about to be disbanded, and the teaching union was arranged to work at a gas station, which made Lao Rongzhi feel depressed. According to her brother, she said that she would do business with Fa Ziying, but the family initially disagreed, and she had a fight with her mother. However, in the end, her family allowed her to leave home to do business with Fa Ziying.

In 1993, while teaching at Zidi's primary school, Lo Rongzhi met Fa Ziying at the wedding of the vice principal's son. It is also said that the first time the two met was at a birthday party. According to Lo Rongzhi in the court of second instance, she met Fa Ziying, who opened the company, through a friend, and she heard that Fa Ziying had served a prison sentence for fighting. Once she came home too late after a date, she was raped by Fa Ziying to an unwanted pregnancy, and was later miscarried by Fa Ziying with drugs. After the miscarriage, Lao Rongzhi continued to be raped by Fa Ziying, and as a result, she became pregnant again four months later; This time, she went to do a human flow accompanied by Fa Ziying's sister. It is said that she had no emotional experience before she met Fa Ziying. Fa Ziying once told her defense lawyer that on the night of the banquet when the two met, he rode Lao Rongzhi home on a motorcycle, which greatly moved her; Knowing that Fa Ziying had been imprisoned, Lao Rongzhi developed a "heroic worship" for him. Despite this, during the second trial, Lao Rongzhi flatly denied that he and Fa Ziying were in a relationship, saying that he was "controlled and coerced" by Fa Ziying and that he was "mentally distracted" when they were together.

Lao Rongzhi said at the first instance that after leaving her post without pay, she left Jiujiang with Fa Ziying with 6000,1996 yuan and went to Shenzhen and Shanghai to do business; The two were unsuccessful in business and soon ran out of money. They returned to Jiujiang to spend the 15 New Year, and after the New Year, they went to other places again to earn a living in 1996. It is also reported that in 16 Fa Ziying injured people with a fishing fork during a group fight in Jiujiang, for which the two fled Jiujiang in 2000. Lo Rongzhi said that the two had a large living expenses, spending about 15 yuan a day, but they had no stable source of income. Due to the lack of money, Lao Rongzhi began to sit on the stage as a waitress to make money, looking for robbery targets by the way.
