Fedor Zaytsev
Fedor Zaytsev (Russian: Фёдор Серге́евич За́йцев) (born 1963) is a Russian mathematician, Professor, Dr.Sc., a professor at the Faculty of Computer Science at the Moscow State University.[1][2]
