She started her career very early on runaways, editorial and tv commercial in Paris, New York, London, Tokyo and than she moved to Milan after a few years. She first became famous in the year 2000 because of her photo appearing on the cover of GQ magazine, and because of a spot for Campari. She had her on fashion tv show oltremoda She then appeared with Christian Vieri and Valentino Rossi in an ad for Alice ADSL. Lessa is a professional DJ and tours famous Italian clubs with her DJ set show. She recorded two albums: Glamset By Fernanda Lessa (Stefano Cecchi Records, 2006) and Fernanda Lessa's Collection - Electro Style (Universal Records, 2007). She worked for Italian TV, hosting fashion shows and attending several chat shows. By the year of 2010, she had two babies and moved back to Brazil, to rase her children and study acting. She accomplished theater, tv series and movies in her homeland. Than move back to Italy and played a role on the new Marco Risi movie, a fandango production and distribution coming out autumn 2023.
