Finger Lakes Times
Finger Lakes Times[1][2][3] is an upstate New York daily (except Sunday) newspaper with 19th century roots [4] under an earlier name, Geneva Times.[5][6][7]
History
The newspaper's initial 19th-century name reflected a more local name, Geneva. In 1977[8] it was renamed for the region,[9] whose name did not exist when the paper was founded.[10][11][12] Their information is picked up by other newspapers,[13][14] including The New York Times.[15]
