Fly Lili is a Romanian charter carrier.[5] The airline currently offers chartler flights and plans to offer scheduled flights, AMCI & CMI lease and cargo solutions.

Fly Lili operates charters from Bucharest Baneasa to destinations in Turkey, Egypt and Tunisia from mid Apr-2023.[6]
On April 19 Fly LilI conducted preparation flights between Sibiu and Bucharest Baneasa with one of its two A320-200s. It is preparing for an early launch in 2023.[7] Its first flight was on April 20, 2023, between Bucharest-Băneasa and Antalya.[8][9]
