Foad Mostafa Soltani
Foad Mostafa Soltani (Persian: فؤاد مصطفی سلطانی; 1948 – 31 August 1979) was one of the founders of the Revolutionary Organisation of the Toilers of Kurdistan, popularly known as Komala.[1]
