Biography

Francis grew up close to Paris, France, in Saint-Maur des Fossé. He graduated from HEC Paris.[1] He started his career learning the craft of art book publishing and leading the turn around of Hazan. He decided to move to New York, when he was 28.[2] As an academic, he has taught at HEC MBA in Paris, Fashion Institute of Technology, and Columbia Business School.[7][8]

In 2011, Francis published The Intuitive Compass, which describes his C-Suite management consulting model, called The Intuitive Compass.[9][10] Previously, he wrote a book named, L'intelligence intuitive: Pour réussir autrement, which quickly made the Relay bookstore best-sellers' list.[8][11][12]

In 2020, Francis wrote a book called SQUIRCLE: A New Way to Think for a New World.[2] In the book, Francis discusses the human predisposition to dismiss non-rational thought processes, including intuition, emotion, feeling, inspiration, aspiration, and its cost to people and organizations.[2] To combat this, he proposed a new method called Squircle. The book reached USA Today and The Wall Street Journal's best-selling book lists.[13][14]
