History
Freak Vault was launched in February 2017 by Phillip Ojire.[4][5] In September 2021, Shirt Freak metamorphosed into the Freak Vault Group with various subsidiaries such as Pant Freak, Shoe Freak, Suit Freak, and Tees Freak.[6]In 2021, Mercy Johnson, Juliet Ibrahim, and Iyabo Ojo led Shirt Freak's 2021 summer shirt dress collections.[7][8]On September 25, 2022, Stan Nze, Eddy Watson, Ifeanyi Kalu, Ex Big Brother Naija 6 housemate Pere, and other Nollywood actors modelled for the Freak Vault collection.[9]In 2022, Freak Vault, Thebe Magugu of South Africa, and others was ranked among the top African fashion brands.[10]
