Fresh and Fit Podcast
The Fresh and Fit Podcast is a men's-right podcast hosted by Amrou Fudl, known professionally as "Myron Gaines" or "Fit", author of the book Why Women Deserve Less, and dating coach Walter Weekes, professionally known as "Freshprinceceo" or simply "Fresh". Created on October 2020, the podcast hold conversations regarding financial gains, dating advise, and gender roles. The podcast is also known for featuring controversial guests such as Andrew Tate, Nick Fuentes, and Destiny. During their "After Hours" shows, the podcast brings in young women to discuss issues relating to dating, relationships, traditional masculinity, and feminism.

Fresh and Fit has been criticized for its hosts' opinions regarding women and relationships, often associating them with misogyny.[1][2] In August 2023, Fresh and Fit was demonetized on YouTube for a show they had with guest Nick Fuentes discussing subjects regarding the Jewish community that were deemed antisemitic.[3]
Format
The podcast stream live every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Mondays, known as "Money Monday" The podcast talk about investing, real estate and give advise for financial gain, sometimes featuring special guest. On Wednesday, Known as "Womanizer Wednesday", The podcast discuss current events, ways to date and maintain rotation and dating advise. On Friday, known as "Fitness/Call-in Friday", The podcast allows its viewers to interact with both Host through phone calls and chat, while discussing past topics, asking questions for advise, or criticizing.[4] After every show, the podcast has an "After Hours" show where they bring in young women from all around the world to discuss topics regarding dating, relationships, gender roles, and having debates.[5]
Background
The Fresh and Fit Podcast began in 2020 as part of the manosphere and the men's rights movement. It was founded by Myron Gaines and dating coach Walter Weekes.[6][2][7] Gaines left his job in 2020 to work full-time on the podcast with Weekes, he is also the author of the book Why Women Deserve Less.[6][8]
According to university professor Lisa Sugiura, who is the author of the book The Incel Rebellion: The Rise of the Manosphere and the Virtual War Against Women, the hosts of Fresh and Fit, along with other manosphere figures such as Andrew Tate, are compelling to viewers because they are seen as "anti-mainstream". "But... the contradiction is that [they are] very much part of the mainstream and validating the usual tropes about gender and violence against women," she said in 2022.[2]
In March 2022, the podcast received a week-long ban on YouTube for hate-speech. The hosts stated that they were the target of "targeted attack" and alluded to a "mass report" coming from an unnamed youtuber. Gaines stated that "two videos that are old as hell were flagged, and the way that they were flagged was indicative of a mass report that was very obviously a targeted attack".[9]
In July 2023, Fresh and Fit hosted White Nationalist Nick Fuentes on multiple episodes. According to Media Matters for America, Fuentes stated during the show that women were "baby machines" because "that's what their brains are about".[6] In one of the episodes featuring Fuentes, Gaines stated that "we're the biggest platform that's talking about the JQ. No one else will do it." The term "JQ" has been interpreted by Media Matters to refer to the Jewish question. All together, Fresh and Fit's livestreams featuring Nick Fuentes garnered 2,4 million views on Rumble.[10]
In August 2023, Fresh and Fit, which at the time had over 1,4 million subscribers on YouTube, was demonetized on the platform and could no longer receive donations from viewers. The hosts stated that they did not know why YouTube had made its decision, but suggested that it was because of the themes they would usually cover on their videos. Gaines stated that the podcast hosted "uncomfortable conversations about uncomfortable topics" and that "that's unfortunately the risk you take when you make the kind of content that we do". Gaines said that the podcast would continue on Rumble, in addition to YouTube.[6]
Opinions
In a 2020 TikTok video, Gaines stated that "when a girl tells you: 'Hey, let's raincheck or reschedule,' you [should] simply respond, 'Hey, that's cool, but I'm not really a fan of flaky girls." because, according to him, "if you take her on a date after she did some BS like that, she's gonna think it's OK. Don't reinforce bad behavior with positive treatment." The video sparked criticism and mild support from social media users. The podcast's TikTok account, which had over 50,000 followers at the time, was also deleted from the platform following the publication of Gaines' video.[11][12]
Both hosts of the podcast have stated that they do not date "ghetto Black women and Shaniquas".[13][14] In one instance, Gaines said that it is "just a preference [they] have to not date Black women."[15]
Fresh and Fit has hosted Andrew Tate in its livestreams multiple times. Following the criminal investigations of Tate, the hosts have argued for his innocence.[16]
