History

Girl Ray released their first song at age 16.[1] The group released their debut album, Earl Grey, in 2017 on Moshi Moshi.[1] The album was Stereogum's "Album of the Week".[2] and received positive reviews.[3] The band released their second album, Girl, in 2019. The album received mixed reviews.[4][5] In 2023, Girl Ray released their third album through Moshi Moshi, titled Prestige.[6][7] The album received positive reviews.[8][9][10]
