Halieutopsis taiwanea

Halieutopsis taiwanea, also known as the Taiwan deepsea batfish, is a species of fish in the family Ogcocephalidae.[1]

It is found in the waters of northeastern Taiwan.[1][2]

This species reaches a length of 7.0 cm (2.8 in).[1]

Etymology

The specific name, which is an adjective, is based on the type locality off Taiwan.[1]
