Heath Collins
Heath A. Collins (born c. 1971) is a United States Air Force major general who serves as the program executive officer for ground-based weapon systems of the Missile Defense Agency. He previously served as the program executive officer for weapons and director of the Armament Directorate of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center.[1]

In March 2023, Collins was nominated for promotion to lieutenant general and assignment as director of the Missile Defense Agency.[2][3]
