Hefei Luogang Airport
Hefei Luogang Airport is a defunct airport serving Hefei, the capital of Anhui province, China. Opened in November 1977,[1] it served as Hefei's main airport until it was replaced by the new Hefei Xinqiao International Airport on 30 May 2013.[2] In the late-2010s, the airport was planned to be renamed "合肥骆岗通用机场" (Hefei Luogang General-Purpose Airport) to serve helicopter and other low-flying aircraft, however, that plan was eventually abandoned.[3] In 2023, the area was re-developed into a park.[4]
