Hikaru Kosaka

Hikaru Kosaka (born 21 October 1988) is a Japanese cyclo-cross and road cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Continental team Utsunomiya Blitzen.[2] He represented his nation in the men's elite event at the 2016 UCI Cyclo-cross World Championships in Heusden-Zolder.[3][4]
