Casa del Cordón, Vitoria-Gasteiz

The Casa del Cordón (Spanish for 'House of the String', Basque: Sokaren etxea) is a building in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Basque Country, Spain. It was declared Bien de Interés Cultural in 1984.[1] It was built in the 15th century by converso Juan Sánchez de Bilbao around a previously existing tower house.[2] As of 2022, the building is the seat of the Fundación Vital, a banking foundation part of Kutxabank.[3]
