India Fashion Awards

India Fashion Awards is an organization that honors fashion designers, models, photographers and every other tier of individual who contributes to the Indian fashion industry. The India Fashion Awards was conceptualized by Talent Factory, founder - Sanjay Nigam,[1] and Co-founder - Raj Sarthak Nigam to provide a platform for the fashion society, to support and honor the earnest professionals for the efforts and hard work, that they contributed in making the Indian fashion industry successful.[2]

The first edition of IFA[3] was held in February 2020 in Delhi, in association with DLF Avenue.[4] Politician Maneka Gandhi, businessman Ravi Kant Jaipuria, and designers Leena Singh and Rocky Star participated in the jury of IFA 2020.[5] The winner list[6] includes: Candice Pinto in the category of Legendary Model; Rohit Bal, as Iconic Designer; Manish Malhotra was recognized as the label of the year and custom design; Gaurav Gupta received the award of Designer of the Year in Popular Choice; Shahnaz Husain received the trophy of the Torch Bearer of the Beauty Industry and the list goes on.[7]

The second edition of IFA [8] was held on 25 September 2021 in order to acknowledge, reward, and promote the efforts shown by the industry members between March 2020 and September 2021. It was hosted by Sunil Grover and Hussain Kuwajerwala[9] and the winner's list[10] includes the names of Miss Malini,[11] Anamika Khanna, Nitibha Kaul, Raghav Chadha, Siddharth Tytler and so on.

The third edition of Rajnigandha pearls presents IFA [12] was held in December 2022 in Delhi. Ace fashion designers, Bollywood celebrities, and business tycoons including Manish Malhotra , Elnaaz Narouzi, Vagish Pathak, Raghvendra Rathore, Anaita Shroff, Rocky Star, Vipul Goel, Vijendra Singh, Ambika Pillai, Maneka Gandhi, Carol Gracias, Aparna Bahl graced the occasion. The winner list includes:[13]

Ambika Devi-Master artist of Mithila or Madhubani art, Dalavai

Kullayappa-specialising in this ancient art of making Leather Puppets were awarded for their outstanding contribution in Art & Textiles. Furthermore, Mitesh Rajani won Makeup Artist Of The Year, Gaurav Raina won Music Director of the Year, Delnaz Daruwala won Backstage Manager Of The Year, Elnaaz Narouzi won IFA- Ambassador For Change, Robin Raina & Anchal Jain won Stylish Power Couple of the year, Vijender Singh & Karman Kaur Thandi won IFA Stylist Sportsperson, Shaurya Athley won New Age Fashion Stylist Of The Year, Sasha Jairam won New Age Fashion Photographer Of The Year, Vahbiz Mehta & Lokesh Sharma won New Age Show Director Of The Year, Anjali Sivaraman won New Age Model Of The Year Ramp-Female and Rabanne Jamsandekar Victor in the male category including other major recognitions in various categories.
