The fourteenth season of Indian Idol premiered on 7 October 2023, on the Sony Entertainment Television.

Production
Hussain Kuwajerwala joined as host.[1][2] Vishal Dadlani returned as the judge while Shreya Ghoshal and Kumar Sanu joined as judges replacing Neha Kakkar and Himesh Reshammiya.[3][4][5][6]
The auditions were announced by Fremantle India on their Instagram handle. Only producers' auditions were open this time. The shortlisted contestants are called Mumbai for filming of their audition in front of the judges.
