Industrial Development Bank of Turkey

The Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB) was Turkey’s first privately-owned investment and development bank and was established in 1950.[1] Its headquarters are in Istanbul.[2]

47.68% of the bank's shares are owned by Türkiye İş Bankası and its Group companies and 8.38% by Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası, while the remaining 43.94% is traded on the Borsa Istanbul (BIST) under the ticker "TSKB."[3]

It has been supported by the World Bank.[4] In early 2023, its P/E ratio was around 10.[5] In 2022, it was rated B by Fitch.[6]
