Irvin Charles McCullough
I. Charles McCullough, III is an American intelligence officer and attorney who served as the first Inspector General of the United States Intelligence Community.

Education
McCullough earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Kentucky and a JD form Pennsylvania State University's Dickinson School of Law.[1]
Career
McCullough was nominated by President Barack Obama as the first Inspector General of the United States Intelligence Community.[2] A former F.B.I agent, McCullough took the lead in examining Hillary Clinton's emails during the controversy about classified material that they contained.[3] In the 2023 David Grusch UFO whistleblower claims, McCullough represented Grusch, sat behind Grusch during the July 26, 2023 hearing about UAPs with the U.S. House Subcommittee on National Security, the Border, and Foreign Affairs, and took a BBC interview with Grusch.[4][5]

Charles McCullough: Our government relies on congressional oversight, the checks and balances of congressional oversight. David's allegation, at its base, is essentially that Congress does not have access to the information it needs to properly oversee things going on in the executive branch. That was his main concern. So he briefed both of the intelligence committees, and he had a two hour hearing, two hours of testimony last week.
