Isabel Abedi

Isabel Nasrin Abedi (born 3 March 1967 Munich) is a German children's and youth writer. She won the 2006 Paderborn Hare prize.[1]

Life

Isabel Abedi was born in Munich in 1967 and grew up in Düsseldorf.[2] After graduating from high school, she went to Los Angeles for an internship in film production.

She returned to Germany, where she worked as a copywriter in Hamburg.[3][4]
