Ivana Chubbuck

Ivana Chubbuck is an American acting coach. She heads a drama school in Los Angeles and hosts acting workshops worldwide.[1][2]

She is the author of the best-selling book, The Power of the Actor, published by a division of Penguin Books (Gotham). The book has been translated into 18 languages.[3]

Chubbuck originally worked as an actress before becoming an acting coach.[4] Some of her notable clients include David Boreanaz,[5] Halle Berry,[6] Emily Deschanel,[5] Eva Mendes,[7] RuPaul,[8] Sharon Stone,[6] Charlize Theron,[9] and Jon Voight.[6]

Personal life

Chubbuck was married to Lyndon Chubbuck, director of War Bride, until his death in 2021.[10] She has a daughter named Claire.[10]
